Nakhon Thai Cuisine was born out of a passion for Thai cuisine and a desire to share the enchanting flavors of Thailand with the vibrant community of Roanoke. Our journey began when Chanya, driven by her love for Thai food, partnered with Suparat, the proud owner of Napa Thai restaurant in Lexington, VA, who brought over seven years of culinary expertise to the table. Together, they envisioned creating a restaurant that would fill the void for authentic Thai cuisine in Roanoke.
